Two materials for different applications

Aluminium – Cut to Size is a rigid metal-sheet option for fabricated panels, signs and components. Polycarbonate – Cut to Size is a clear, impact-resistant plastic-sheet option for guards, glazing and protective panels. Select the material based on the installation, visibility, impact, fixing and environmental requirements of the finished job.

Configured to your dimensions

Enter the required length and width in the calculator rather than adapting a standard panel on site. Review the selected material, thickness and cut dimensions before adding it to the cart; the order is manufactured to the submitted specification. If the project needs holes, shaped cut-outs, an unusual tolerance or a complex drawing, request a quote with a dimensioned file so the team can confirm the manufacturing approach.

Both materials can be used in signage and fabricated applications, but they are not interchangeable. Consider structural loading, expansion, fixing method, heat, UV exposure, edge treatment and any building or project specification before choosing.
