Yes. We accept AI, EPS, SVG and vector PDF files. If you don't have artwork, our designers can create or redraw artwork suitable for laser cutting, and artwork proofs are available before manufacture.
Bridges keep enclosed areas such as the centre of an 'O' attached to the stencil.
Yes. Every stencil is made to order. Large stencils can be produced as one piece or as interlocking, aligning panels where required.
Yes. All materials are reusable when cleaned and stored correctly. Use warm soapy water or a suitable mild solvent depending on the paint, and store the stencil flat in a cool, dry place to avoid warping.
Secure it firmly against the surface, apply light coats of paint and remove carefully before the paint fully dries. Light coats and firm contact help stop paint bleeding. Rollers, brushes, spray cans and airbrushes all work well.
Most spray paints, acrylics, enamels and marking paints are suitable, including road and line-marking paints on our heavier materials. Stencils can be used on concrete, timber, brick, steel, aluminium, glass, plastic, walls, floors and more, indoors or outdoors.
Laser cutting produces precise, clean edges with excellent repeatability, delivering cleaner and more accurate results than hand cutting. Very fine detail is possible depending on the material and overall stencil size.
Most orders are produced within a few business days after artwork approval. There is no minimum order, so you can order a single stencil through to large production runs.
Yes. We can manufacture registration stencils for each colour, cut your company logo, text and graphics, and can often copy an existing stencil from a photo, scan or sample.
We manufacture all stencils in-house in Queensland using commercial laser cutters, offer fast turnaround, expert artwork assistance and Australia-wide delivery. We regularly supply councils, schools and government organisations.
