Every sign is manufactured in our own Queensland workshop — no middlemen and no outsourcing, so quality is controlled from file to finish.

Returns policy
How returns work
Because so many of our signs are custom-made to your wording, size and material, they cannot be resold — so custom items are generally non-returnable unless faulty. That said, if something is not right, we will always make it right. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are never affected.
Got a faulty, damaged or incorrect item? Get in touch within a reasonable time of delivery and we will sort a replacement or remake fast.
Faulty or incorrect items
If a sign arrives faulty, damaged in transit or different to your approved proof, we will replace or remake it at no cost.
Custom & made-to-order
Custom signs are produced to your spec, so they are non-returnable unless faulty. We send a proof to approve before printing to avoid surprises.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in our policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law — if a product has a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
