Why aluminium composite panel is widely used for signage

ACP typically consists of thin aluminium skins bonded to a polymer core, creating a rigid panel that is substantially lighter than solid aluminium of comparable size. The smooth face is well suited to direct digital printing or applied vinyl graphics and can be CNC cut to custom profiles where required.

Typical outdoor applications

Common uses include business signs, construction and development signage, fence signs, directional panels, parking information, property signs, safety signs and branded site boards. The correct panel thickness, fixing method and support structure should reflect the finished sign size and exposure.

At Sign Portal, we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your custom signage orders. As our products are tailored specifically to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders. However, if your item is found to be faulty or was supplied incorrectly, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The item should also be in its original packaging.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.

Proofing Approval

Prior to production, we provide a digital proof of your design for approval. Once you approve the proof and confirm that the design is correct, we move forward with manufacturing. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof and ensure all details are accurate, including text, colors, and dimensions. After approval, we cannot be held liable for any mistakes or changes, and refunds will not be issued based on customer errors in the proofing process.

Conditions for Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued in the following circumstances:

The item is no longer in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
Returns made more than 30 days after the item has been delivered.
