Oversized and special-freight orders
Some products — including large signs, long items, acrylic, bulk orders and products requiring manual freight calculation — cannot be processed through our standard checkout shipping. If your order is affected, our team will contact you to discuss the available arrangements.
Tracking your delivery
Once your order is dispatched, we will email your tracking information so you can follow the shipment. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the parcel before tracking information becomes active.

Please inspect the outer packaging when your order is delivered. If the packaging or products appear damaged, act promptly.

Yes. We ship to metro, suburban and regional locations across Australia. Delivery timeframes to regional areas are typically longer than metro deliveries. Exact transit times are shown during checkout.
