We manufacture our floor decals using premium Avery Dennison digital print self-adhesive vinyl, finished with a high-performance anti-slip laminate that has achieved a P3 slip resistance classification. This combination provides vibrant print quality, excellent durability and suitability for many indoor and outdoor applications.

Can floor decals be used outdoors?

Yes. Our premium floor decals are suitable for many indoor and outdoor applications, including footpaths, entryways, retail environments and smooth concrete surfaces. If you are unsure which product is best for your application, our team can recommend the most suitable material.

Are floor decals slip-resistant and do they meet Australian requirements?

Yes. The protective laminate has been tested in accordance with AS/NZS 4586:2013 and achieved a P3 slip resistance classification, making it suitable for many commercial and public applications where slip resistance is important. Always ensure decals are installed correctly onto a suitable surface and maintained per the manufacturer's recommendations.

How do I apply the floor decals?

Clean the installation surface thoroughly so it is dry, smooth and free from dust, grease and debris. Peel back the release liner, carefully position the decal and apply firm, even pressure. For larger decals, using a squeegee will help achieve a smooth, bubble-free finish.

How do I remove the floor decals?

When it is time to remove your floor decal, gently peel it away from the surface. Under normal conditions, our decals are designed to remove cleanly with minimal adhesive residue. Any remaining adhesive can usually be removed using a suitable adhesive remover.

Can I customise my floor decals?

Absolutely. We can manufacture floor decals in a wide range of sizes, shapes and finishes, incorporating your logo, branding, promotional artwork or custom messaging. Bold colours, clear graphics and high-resolution artwork produce the best results.

At Sign Portal, we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your custom signage orders. As our products are tailored specifically to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders. However, if your item is found to be faulty or was supplied incorrectly, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The item should also be in its original packaging.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.

Proofing Approval

Prior to production, we provide a digital proof of your design for approval. Once you approve the proof and confirm that the design is correct, we move forward with manufacturing. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof and ensure all details are accurate, including text, colors, and dimensions. After approval, we cannot be held liable for any mistakes or changes, and refunds will not be issued based on customer errors in the proofing process.

Conditions for Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued in the following circumstances:

The item is no longer in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
Returns made more than 30 days after the item has been delivered.
