What is the panel size for the flute insert and metal A-frames?

Flute insert A-frames have a panel size of 600 x 900 mm and feature flutes on both sides of the A-frame, so different signs can be displayed on each side to promote multiple messages or offers at once. Metal-faced A-frames also use a 600 x 900 mm panel that sits flush against the outside of the frame, securely held with high-bond self-adhesive tape for durability and a clean appearance.

How do I change out the flutes in an A-frame?

Changing the flute signs is quick and easy. Slide the current flute sign out from the top of the A-frame and slide the replacement in. This takes seconds, letting you effortlessly update your messaging for seasonal promotions or special events.

How is the metal A-frame made?

Our metal A-frames are crafted from high-quality materials for optimal durability. We print directly onto aluminium composite material (ACM), then laminate the sheet to protect against wear and fading. The laminated sheet is attached to the frame using ultra-high bond adhesive tape, ensuring a secure fit without unsightly screws or pop rivets.

A-Frame Sandwich Boards are portable freestanding signs designed for footpaths, shop entrances, events, cafés, showrooms and temporary promotions. They provide two visible sign faces and can be moved as business needs change, making them a practical option for daily specials, directional information, promotions and street-level branding.

Typical applications

Suitable for cafés, restaurants, retail stores, real estate, automotive businesses, gyms, events, schools and service businesses. A-frames are particularly effective where customers approach on foot and a fixed wall sign is outside their natural line of sight.

Custom printed graphics

Artwork can include logos, promotional messages, directional arrows, opening information and campaign graphics. Keep important content large and concise so it can be read while pedestrians are moving. High-resolution or vector artwork gives the best result for logos and text.

Indoor and outdoor use

The correct A-frame construction and graphic material should suit the intended environment. Outdoor signs need to account for wind, rain and UV exposure and should be brought inside during severe weather. Placement must also avoid creating an obstruction or trip hazard on pedestrian routes.

At Sign Portal, we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your custom signage orders. As our products are tailored specifically to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders. However, if your item is found to be faulty or was supplied incorrectly, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The item should also be in its original packaging.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.

Proofing Approval

Prior to production, we provide a digital proof of your design for approval. Once you approve the proof and confirm that the design is correct, we move forward with manufacturing. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof and ensure all details are accurate, including text, colors, and dimensions. After approval, we cannot be held liable for any mistakes or changes, and refunds will not be issued based on customer errors in the proofing process.

Conditions for Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued in the following circumstances:

The item is no longer in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
Returns made more than 30 days after the item has been delivered.
