We offer three design packages: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each is tailored to meet different needs, from basic signage to more intricate designs. You can choose the package that best fits your requirements when placing your order.
What is included in each package?
Bronze: basic design with text up to 50 words, one standard font, solid colours, and one round of revisions. Silver: custom text, logo placement, multiple font options, up to 5 images, and up to two rounds of revisions. Gold: comprehensive design with extensive logo placement, up to 10 images, a variety of fonts, image cropping, up to three rounds of revisions, plus a consultation with your designer if needed.
How do I choose the right package for my project?
Consider the complexity of your design and your specific needs. For a simple sign, Bronze may suffice. For more detailed, customised work, Silver or Gold are better suited. Our team is happy to help you determine the best option for your project.
How quickly will I receive my design?
Once we have all the necessary information from you, we typically generate your design(s) within 60 minutes during regular business hours (7:00 am to 7:00 pm).
Can I request changes to my design?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of revisions — Bronze includes one round, Silver two, and Gold three. We want to ensure your design meets your expectations.
Do you provide design consultations?
Yes, we offer a brief phone consultation with our designers for Gold package customers. This lets you discuss your vision and preferences in more detail, ensuring the design aligns with your goals.
What if I have my own images or logos?
You can absolutely provide your own images and logos. Each package allows for the inclusion of your materials, and our team will work with them to create a cohesive design.
What file formats do you accept for logos and images?
We prefer the best-quality logos in vector formats such as PDF, EPS, or AI. For images, please provide high-resolution files to ensure clarity in your design.
What if I need a custom design that doesn't fit into any of the packages?
