Why should I choose reflective safety signs?

Do your reflective safety signs comply with Australian Standards?

Why can I see lines on some reflective signs?

Engineering Grade (Class 100) reflective material has a smooth appearance with no visible prism pattern. Higher-performance prismatic reflective materials, such as Class 400 and Class 1100, contain microscopic prisms that may be visible when viewed up close. This is a normal characteristic of the material and contributes to its increased reflectivity.

Which reflective grade should I choose?

Class 100 is suitable for general commercial and private property signage where good night-time visibility is required. Class 400 (or 400T) provides significantly higher reflectivity and is commonly used for public road signage and traffic management. Class 1100 offers the highest level of retroreflectivity for critical road safety applications including highways, intersections and high-speed environments.

Can I use any reflective sign on public roads?

The Number Stencils 0–9 Set provides reusable numeral templates for creating consistent painted numbers on car parks, warehouse floors, storage locations, equipment, bins, crates and other suitable surfaces. A complete 0–9 set allows virtually any bay number, asset number or sequence to be produced using the same visual style.

Available from 100mm to 800mm

Choose numeral heights from 100mm through to 800mm. Compact numbers are useful for assets, racks and storage locations, while larger sets suit car park bays, warehouse aisles, loading areas and other markings viewed from vehicles or across large spaces.

Reusable polypropylene and PETG options

Variants include 0.2mm polypropylene, 1.4mm polypropylene and 2mm PETG. Select the material based on required flexibility, frequency of use, surface condition and preferred handling rigidity.

Typical applications

Use for parking-bay numbering, rack and aisle identification, warehouse locations, sports facilities, equipment numbers, address-style markings, container identification and production areas. For repeated numbering, create a simple alignment guide so digits remain level and evenly spaced.

Application tips

At Sign Portal, we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your custom signage orders. As our products are tailored specifically to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders. However, if your item is found to be faulty or was supplied incorrectly, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The item should also be in its original packaging.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.

Proofing Approval

Prior to production, we provide a digital proof of your design for approval. Once you approve the proof and confirm that the design is correct, we move forward with manufacturing. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof and ensure all details are accurate, including text, colors, and dimensions. After approval, we cannot be held liable for any mistakes or changes, and refunds will not be issued based on customer errors in the proofing process.

Conditions for Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued in the following circumstances:

The item is no longer in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
Returns made more than 30 days after the item has been delivered.
