Do Not Open Under Load Label

This electrical warning label instructs personnel not to open the associated device while it is carrying load current. It is suitable for isolators, disconnectors, switchgear and solar or battery equipment where operation under load could create an electrical hazard or damage equipment.

Typical applications

Use on solar PV isolators, battery equipment, DC switching devices, electrical enclosures and other equipment where opening under load is not permitted by the equipment design or operating procedure.

Clear operating instruction

The warning should be placed directly on or adjacent to the relevant device so the instruction is visible before operation. It is especially useful where the equipment may look like a normal switch but has a specific operating limitation.

Follow equipment instructions

The label does not define the isolation procedure. Personnel should follow the manufacturer's instructions, electrical drawings and site-specific switching or shutdown procedure before operating the device.

At Sign Portal, we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your custom signage orders. As our products are tailored specifically to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders. However, if your item is found to be faulty or was supplied incorrectly, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The item should also be in its original packaging.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.

Proofing Approval

Prior to production, we provide a digital proof of your design for approval. Once you approve the proof and confirm that the design is correct, we move forward with manufacturing. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof and ensure all details are accurate, including text, colors, and dimensions. After approval, we cannot be held liable for any mistakes or changes, and refunds will not be issued based on customer errors in the proofing process.

Conditions for Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued in the following circumstances:

The item is no longer in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
Returns made more than 30 days after the item has been delivered.
