This emergency procedure label provides a fixed reference for actions to be taken in the event of fire around battery or electrical equipment. It is intended to make critical information readily available to site personnel and emergency responders at the point where it may be needed.

Suitable for battery energy storage systems, battery rooms, electrical plant areas, solar-plus-battery installations and other sites where a fire procedure is required near the equipment.

Permanent emergency information

During an incident, personnel should not need to rely solely on separate manuals or digital documents. A clearly positioned procedure label provides immediate access to the installed system’s emergency information.

Verify the procedure before use

The procedure shown must be appropriate to the actual equipment, battery chemistry and site emergency plan. Confirm the wording against manufacturer guidance, project documentation and the approved emergency response procedure before installation.

International Shipping

At Sign Portal, we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your custom signage orders. As our products are tailored specifically to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders. However, if your item is found to be faulty or was supplied incorrectly, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The item should also be in its original packaging.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.

Proofing Approval

Prior to production, we provide a digital proof of your design for approval. Once you approve the proof and confirm that the design is correct, we move forward with manufacturing. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof and ensure all details are accurate, including text, colors, and dimensions. After approval, we cannot be held liable for any mistakes or changes, and refunds will not be issued based on customer errors in the proofing process.

Conditions for Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued in the following circumstances:

The item is no longer in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
Returns made more than 30 days after the item has been delivered.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will inform you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
