This PV & Battery Lithium-Ion sign identifies an electrical installation that incorporates both photovoltaic generation and a lithium-ion battery energy storage system. It provides a clear visual indication that the premises contains renewable generation as well as stored electrical energy.
Available in 70mm and 100mm sizes
Choose from 70mm x 70mm or 100mm x 100mm to suit the mounting location and desired visibility. The larger format is useful where the combined PV and battery identification needs to be prominent.
Two independent energy sources
PV modules can generate electricity when exposed to light, while lithium-ion batteries can retain stored energy independently of the solar array or mains supply. Isolation of one part of the system should not be assumed to de-energise the other.
Use with detailed system labels
The PV array, battery system, inverter, main switches and isolation points should be identified consistently with the installation documentation. This sign provides high-level system identification rather than a complete shutdown procedure.
