PV Array DC Isolator Label
This PV Array DC Isolator label identifies the direct-current isolation device associated with a photovoltaic array. It helps solar installers, electricians and service technicians distinguish array-side DC isolation from inverter AC isolation and other switching equipment.
Two sizes for different equipment
Available in 40mm x 20mm and 60mm x 12mm variants. These compact formats are suited to isolators, enclosures and equipment panels where space is limited but clear identification is still required.
Solar DC circuits can remain energised
Photovoltaic modules can generate DC voltage whenever exposed to sufficient light. Operating the array DC isolator separates the circuit sections controlled by that device but does not stop the modules themselves from generating electricity.
Coordinate with array numbering
Where multiple arrays or isolators are present, combine this label with consistent array, string and inverter identification. Confirm each isolator against the system drawings before applying the label.
