Order Processing & Delivery Times
At Sign Portal, we strive to deliver your custom signage orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your order is placed and the design is approved, we typically process and ship your order within 7 days however this can vary on the size and requirements of the order.. Shipping times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and delivery location.

Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be able to review your shipping costs during checkout before completing your purchase.

Standard Shipping
We use trusted carriers, including TNT, FEDEX, Startrack (Australia Post) and Aramex to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your products. Standard shipping times typically range from 1 day to 10 business days depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping
If you need your signage sooner, we offer expedited shipping options. Please contact us directly to inquire about available faster shipping options, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

International Shipping
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within Australia. If you are interested in international shipping, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution for your needs.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated time frame, external factors such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or customs processing may occasionally cause delays. Sign Portal is not responsible for any shipping delays beyond our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@signportal.com.au. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size or weight. If your order is affected, we will notify you as soon as possible and discuss alternative shipping arrangements.

Returns & Shipping Costs
Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about returns and the associated shipping costs. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Returns

At Sign Portal, we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your custom signage orders. As our products are tailored specifically to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders. However, if your item is found to be faulty or was supplied incorrectly, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The item should also be in its original packaging.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.

Proofing Approval

Prior to production, we provide a digital proof of your design for approval. Once you approve the proof and confirm that the design is correct, we move forward with manufacturing. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof and ensure all details are accurate, including text, colors, and dimensions. After approval, we cannot be held liable for any mistakes or changes, and refunds will not be issued based on customer errors in the proofing process.

Conditions for Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• The item is no longer in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.

• Returns made more than 30 days after the item has been delivered.

Refund Process (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will inform you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Missing or Delayed Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please consider these steps:

1. Double-check your bank account for the refund.

2. Contact your credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Reach out to your bank, as processing times can sometimes delay the refund.

You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. These shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost will be deducted from your refund if one is issued.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for the exchanged product to arrive could vary.

For Returns Over $100

For returns valued over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking or insurance.
