Up for Mains – Grid Supply Label

This Up for Mains (Grid Supply) label provides a directional reference showing that the mains or grid-supply position is above the label. It is useful on changeover and source-selection equipment where switch direction needs to be clearly associated with the available supply.

Generator and off-grid applications

Suitable for manual changeover switches, generator-backed installations, stand-alone systems and switchboards containing multiple supply sources.

Make switch positions easier to understand

Directional source labels help operators identify which movement or position selects the grid supply. They are particularly valuable where a nearby generator or alternative source is selected in the opposite direction.

Check orientation before fitting

This label specifically states “Up”, so confirm that the physical switch position above genuinely selects the mains/grid supply. Do not use it if the equipment orientation or source arrangement differs.

Expedited Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

International Shipping
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within Australia. If you are interested in international shipping, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution for your needs.

Delivery Delays

At Sign Portal, we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your custom signage orders. As our products are tailored specifically to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders. However, if your item is found to be faulty or was supplied incorrectly, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The item should also be in its original packaging.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.

Proofing Approval

Prior to production, we provide a digital proof of your design for approval. Once you approve the proof and confirm that the design is correct, we move forward with manufacturing. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof and ensure all details are accurate, including text, colors, and dimensions. After approval, we cannot be held liable for any mistakes or changes, and refunds will not be issued based on customer errors in the proofing process.

Conditions for Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued in the following circumstances:

The item is no longer in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
Returns made more than 30 days after the item has been delivered.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will inform you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is accepted, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
