Warning Battery System DC Isolators Do Not De-Energise Label

This warning label advises that operating the battery system DC isolators may not de-energise every part of the installation. Battery systems can contain stored energy, multiple circuits and equipment that remains energised under particular configurations.

BESS and hybrid-system applications

Suitable for battery cabinets, inverter equipment, switchboards and DC isolation locations in battery energy storage systems and hybrid installations.

A DC isolator has a defined function

Operating a DC isolation device separates the circuit sections it is designed to control. It should not be assumed to remove all electrical energy from the battery, inverter or associated equipment unless the system design and shutdown procedure specifically establish that condition.

Use with system-specific instructions

Position the warning where personnel can see it before operating or relying on the DC isolator. Follow the battery manufacturer's information, electrical documentation and approved shutdown sequence for the installed system.

At Sign Portal, we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your custom signage orders. As our products are tailored specifically to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders. However, if your item is found to be faulty or was supplied incorrectly, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The item should also be in its original packaging.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.

Proofing Approval

Prior to production, we provide a digital proof of your design for approval. Once you approve the proof and confirm that the design is correct, we move forward with manufacturing. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof and ensure all details are accurate, including text, colors, and dimensions. After approval, we cannot be held liable for any mistakes or changes, and refunds will not be issued based on customer errors in the proofing process.

Conditions for Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued in the following circumstances:

The item is no longer in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
Returns made more than 30 days after the item has been delivered.
