Warning Stand-Alone Switchboard – All Circuits

This warning label identifies a stand-alone switchboard where all circuits are supplied as part of an independent electrical system rather than relying solely on a conventional grid supply. It provides clear information for electricians, technicians and operators working on off-grid or stand-alone power installations.

For off-grid electrical systems

Suitable for remote properties, stand-alone power systems, battery and inverter installations, generator-supported sites and switchboards supplying independent loads. It helps distinguish the board from equipment connected to a normal grid-fed distribution system.

Multiple local energy sources may be present

A stand-alone switchboard can be energised from batteries, solar PV, generators or inverter equipment. Loss of one source does not necessarily mean the board or every connected circuit is de-energised.

Coordinate with shutdown and source labels

Clearly identify the battery, inverter, generator, PV and other relevant isolation points and ensure the terminology matches the electrical drawings. This warning describes the board arrangement but does not replace the installation-specific shutdown procedure.

At Sign Portal, we understand that sometimes issues may arise with your custom signage orders. As our products are tailored specifically to your requirements, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders. However, if your item is found to be faulty or was supplied incorrectly, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The item should also be in its original packaging.

Please include a receipt or proof of purchase when initiating the return.

Proofing Approval

Prior to production, we provide a digital proof of your design for approval. Once you approve the proof and confirm that the design is correct, we move forward with manufacturing. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof and ensure all details are accurate, including text, colors, and dimensions. After approval, we cannot be held liable for any mistakes or changes, and refunds will not be issued based on customer errors in the proofing process.

Conditions for Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued in the following circumstances:

The item is no longer in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
Returns made more than 30 days after the item has been delivered.
