Five Trade Partner Levels

Trade Partner status is determined by your rolling 12-month qualifying spend, excluding GST and freight.

Trade – $0 to $9,999.99

The starting point for approved Sign Portal trade customers.

Trade customers gain access to dedicated trade pricing across eligible products, making it easier to source custom signage, manufactured products and safety signage from one supplier.

Trade Plus – $10,000 to $24,999.99

As your rolling 12-month spend reaches $10,000, you move into Trade Plus.

Trade Plus provides improved pricing across eligible product categories, rewarding customers who are regularly purchasing signage and manufactured products through Sign Portal.

Trade Pro – $25,000 to $49,999.99

Trade customers reaching $25,000 in qualifying rolling spend progress to Trade Pro.

This level is designed for businesses using Sign Portal as a regular signage and manufacturing supplier, with stronger discounts available across selected product categories.

Trade Elite – $50,000 to $99,999.99

Trade Elite recognises our high-volume trade customers.

Once qualifying rolling spend reaches $50,000, customers gain access to another level of preferential pricing across eligible Sign Portal products.

Trade Partner – $100,000+

Trade Partner is our highest standard trade pricing level.

It is designed for businesses that have developed a significant ongoing purchasing relationship with Sign Portal and provides access to our highest standard tier of Trade Portal pricing across eligible product categories.

Your Trade Level Is Based on a Rolling 12 Months

We wanted the program to be fair and straightforward, so Trade Partner Levels are not based on a calendar or financial year.

Instead, we look at your previous 12 months of qualifying purchases on a rolling basis.

For example, if your account is reviewed on 19 August, qualifying purchases from the previous 12 months are used to calculate your current level.

Only eligible product and service purchases contribute towards your qualifying spend.

GST and freight charges are excluded.

This means your Trade Partner status reflects the actual value of products and services you purchase from Sign Portal.

Track Your Progress in the Trade Portal

One of the biggest improvements is the ability to see your progress directly from your Trade Portal dashboard.

Your account can show:

• Your current Trade Partner Level

• Your rolling 12-month qualifying spend

• Your progress towards the next level

• The amount required to reach the next level

For example, a Trade Pro customer with $37,450 in qualifying rolling spend can see that they are $12,550 away from reaching Trade Elite.
