Important Sizing Information:

To ensure the best results and prevent over-spray, a 50mm bleed area is provided around all our standard stencil sizes. This means the actual stencil area will be 100mm smaller than the listed dimensions. For example, a 400mm x 600mm stencil will have an actual usable stencil area of 300mm x 500mm.

What are the uncut areas on my stencil?

Uncut areas on stencils are called “bridges.” They provide strength and durability, keeping the
centres of letters intact. Without bridges, the centre of an "O" would fall out.

How do I clean and maintain my stencils?

For Cardboard stencils, gently wipe away paint or ink after use. PETG stencils can be cleaned
with mild solvents to remove any residue, making them ready for reuse.

What will my stencil look like?

We can send you art proof for your approval before laser cutting to ensure you know exactly
what to expect.
