Visitors Stencil for Parking and Facility Identification
The Visitors Stencil creates a clear VISITORS marking on parking bays, floors and other suitable surfaces where spaces or access areas are intended for visitors. It can support a more organised arrival experience at workplaces, commercial properties and managed facilities.
Typical applications
Use for visitor parking bays, reception approaches, visitor waiting zones, site-entry areas and designated pedestrian locations at offices, warehouses, schools, factories, healthcare facilities and commercial buildings. A ground marking can complement directional signs and help visitors recognise the correct area without needing prior site knowledge.
Reusable for multiple bays or sites
A stencil allows the same wording to be repeated consistently across several visitor spaces. Choose the available material based on the surface type, frequency of reuse and preferred rigidity. Clean the template after use before paint build-up affects the cut edges.
Application guidance
Prepare a clean, dry surface, orient the wording to the expected approach direction and secure the stencil. Use a coating suited to the floor or pavement and its exposure conditions. Several light passes generally create sharper lettering than one heavy application. Allow full curing before opening the marked area to vehicles or pedestrians.
Coordinate with visitor access arrangements
The marking identifies a visitor area but does not replace site-entry instructions, induction requirements or accessible parking controls. Use additional signage where visitors need to report to reception, wear PPE, sign in or follow a defined access route.

Foam PVC and polypropylene are popular choices for indoor safety signs because they are lightweight, cost-effective and provide excellent print quality. They are commonly used in warehouses, offices, schools, factories and commercial buildings.
Aluminium Composite Material (ACM), sometimes referred to as ACP, consists of two thin aluminium skins bonded to a polyethylene core. It is lightweight, rigid and widely used throughout the signage industry. Solid aluminium is manufactured from a single sheet of aluminium, making it more impact resistant and better suited to harsh outdoor environments, coastal locations and applications requiring maximum longevity.
In terms of strength and durability the general order is: Solid Aluminium, Aluminium Composite Material (ACM), Foam PVC and Polypropylene. The best material ultimately depends on the environment, expected lifespan and installation method.
Reflective safety signs improve visibility during low-light conditions by reflecting light back towards its source. They are commonly used for regulatory signage, traffic management, construction sites, car parks, emergency exits and locations where signs need to remain visible at night.
Our reflective materials are available in grades manufactured to meet the requirements of AS/NZS 1906.1:2017 for retroreflective materials where applicable. Engineering Grade (Class 100) reflective material has a smooth appearance with no visible prism pattern. Higher-performance prismatic reflective materials, such as Class 400 and Class 1100, contain microscopic prisms that may be visible when viewed up close. This is a normal characteristic of the material and contributes to its increased reflectivity.
Class 100 is suitable for general commercial and private property signage where good night-time visibility is required. Class 400 (or 400T) provides significantly higher reflectivity and is commonly used for public road signage and traffic management. Class 1100 offers the highest level of retroreflectivity for critical road safety applications including highways, intersections and high-speed environments.
