Material and size options for repeat use
Standard stencils are available in 0.2 mm polypropylene, 1.4 mm polypropylene and 2 mm PETG. Thin polypropylene is useful for light-duty or curved surfaces, 1.4 mm polypropylene suits many commercial marking jobs, and 2 mm PETG is a heavier option for repeated use. Common stock sizes include 400 × 600 mm, 600 × 300 mm and 600 × 600 mm; custom dimensions are available.
Precision cut in Queensland
Stencils are laser cut in-house for clean, repeatable edges. Supply AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF artwork where possible, or ask the team to prepare suitable artwork and a proof before cutting. Bridges are added where needed to keep enclosed details such as the centre of an O in place. For large layouts, aligned panels can be made to form one complete marking.

Can stencils be used outdoors?
Yes. Polypropylene and PETG can be used indoors or outdoors when the stencil is selected, cleaned and stored for the paint and application conditions.
